Refund Policy

1. Overview

TintFam.com is a multi-seller marketplace. Products are listed and fulfilled by independent sellers. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Platform. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be submitted after your order has been delivered. To be considered for a refund, the following conditions generally apply:

  • The item was damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing description.
  • The item was not received within the estimated delivery window (after accounting for reasonable delays).
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

No refund is guaranteed. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be denied for any reason at our sole discretion.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us at support@tintfam.com with your order number, the item(s) you are requesting a refund for, and a detailed description of the reason for your request. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request. This typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We may contact you for additional information during this process.
  3. Decision: You will receive an email notification with the outcome of your request. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. If denied, the email will include the reason for the denial.
  4. Return Shipment: If a return is required, ship the item back using the provided label within 7 days of receiving approval. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
  5. Refund Issued: Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Refund Method

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not offer store credits, exchanges, or refunds to alternative payment methods. Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement after the refund has been issued.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable in the product listing.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.
  • Items returned without prior approval or outside of the return window.
  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to a seller error or defective product).

7. Disputes
