Sticker Bomb Pattern Agreement
Agreement between TintFam.com and the User for the Use of Logo in Sticker Bomb Patterns
This agreement is between TintFam.com ("TintFam") and the user ("User") for the purpose of using the User's logo in the creation of sticker bomb patterns to be used on various printed materials.
The User agrees to provide TintFam with their logo and any other information deemed necessary by TintFam for the creation of the sticker bomb patterns.
Use of Logo: The User grants TintFam the right to use their logo in the creation of sticker bomb patterns to be used on various printed materials. These printed materials will be for sale to the public with the aim of recovering some online operating costs while keeping the pricing as low as possible to make the items accessible to as many people as possible.
Representations and Warranties: The User represents and warrants that (i) all information provided by the User to TintFam is true, accurate, current, and complete, and (ii) the User has all necessary right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of the User hereunder, and that the logo provided by the User does not infringe any rights of third parties.
Indemnification:The User agrees to indemnify and hold TintFam and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of User's breach of this Agreement, or User's violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TintFam is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Acceptance of Agreement: By submitting their logo and information, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this agreement and that they accept and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
